Capital Legacy Pathetic Service

Company Partners, who I used to register my Company through, referred Capital Legacy to update my Last Will and Testament. The initial person I dealt with and assisted in compiling my Will, a person by the name of Oliver Copley, was excellent in his job. But that's where it ended! From this point forward, Capital Legacy turned out to be a total Comedy Show, where Regional Managers call National Managers, Service Managers. Capital Legacy instructs their preferred Couriers to collect my signed Will from my place of employment, only to find out after I informed Capital Legacy, that they had not sent my Will to me. What a bunch of IDIOTS! When I wanted to take up this matter with senior management and resolve the continues poor service I was receiving, I was informed that senior management does not phone their clients, their clients must phone them. If that is how senior management deals with clients and customer care, imagine what they will do when the day comes to execute your Will. Capital Legacy is a total embarrassment to their Industry. They have no idea what they are doing, and this is extremely concerning for me, not knowing if my Last Will and Testament will be dealt with professionally for my beneficiaries. Capital Legacy is definitely a company to be extremely wary of when it gets to dealing with your Last Will and Testament. Rather use a reputable company.
