Capital Legacy not transparent

Capital Legacy is not transparent. Mersan, was allocated to assist both my husband and I to draw up a will. During his consultation with us, we expressed our request for a joint will as we had common conditions mentioned in our will. However he and the company proceeded to debit a monthly dual debit for the will. This means that we were paying R500/month as a debit. This was never explained to us and nor did we express a request for a dual will. On enquiry to the company, we are told that this is how they work and on attempting to make contact with Mersan, he did not return our messages or calls. Be wary of this company and their lack of transparency.
