Capital Legacy misleads its clients. Affiliating with them was a big mistake

Complaint: Capital Legacy’s Misleading Practices and Failure to Cancel My Will.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from Capital Legacy. I called at the beginning of the month to cancel my subscription fee and Will, and I was assured that someone would contact me to finalize the process. To date, no one has called me, and I am still stuck in limbo with no resolution.

Capital Legacy aggressively markets itself as being better than banks when recruiting clients, yet my experience has been the complete opposite. They misled me with false promises, giving me the impression that my cancellation was being processed when, in reality, nothing has been done.

This lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to protect beneficiaries upon death. It is clear that once they have your business, they are not as efficient or client-focused as they claim to be. Based on my experience, Capital Legacy does not even deserve a star rating.
