Capital Legacy is useless.. Please don't do business with them.

On the 29 January 2021, I spoke to Theresa to have my contract with Capital Legacy terminated after strings of poor service I got from the company. She give email me a contract Cancelation Request Form which I did sign and emailed it back to her to "***".. on the same day ( and the cancelling department did acknowledge receipt of my email)z. I did ask her to ensure that come end of February 2021 my account won't be debited.. Surprise, surprice!!!! My account was debited today 26 February 2021.

Just for the last time,, pls pls stop debiting my account... we don't have an existing contract.. PLEASE!!!
