Capital legacy is a pain!

They called me, I was interested in taking a will with them. Went through the whole process whereby they sent me the will for me to sign and return to them. I went online and saw many bad reviews so I decided against it. I never returned the will to them and sent them an email that I’m no longer interested in taking a will with them. They never responded to my email. Come pay day they sent me an email saying “welcome to capital legacy” Haow but I never signed anything and I emailed them that I was not interested several weeks before my pay day. What is wrong with this company?? I tried calling them but no answer, just holding for nothing.
