CAPITAL LEGACY IS A ****

REFUND! Capital Legacy de*****ed me.

A consultant Blesssed Mabasa came to our workplace place selling Will,she took our details and went on to draft the Will,when she return with it I’ve learned that Capital Legacy nominated themselves as an executor which I deputed and it resulted in me not signing that Will. Blessed promised to change that part and come back.

She did not come back instead Capital legacy started deducting money from my persal (April 2024 to date). I called in to enquire and I spoke to Brandon Rossouw who said that a cash back policy was opened on my behalf as per their system hence the deductions, he advised me to write a cancellation letter and email it. The cancellation letter was emailed on January 17th 2025. 07 February 2025 I received an email from Brandon confirming the cancellation and asking for my banking details for a refund.

Few days after I called Brandon asking when will the refund reflect and he said 14-15 working. Today after the set days I called in again to enquire and spoke to Elaine,who explained that there are delays with refunds and my money should be in by next week,however what shock me was that she said I will be refunded for two months.m from when the policy was cancelled.

I want all my refund from April 2024 to date because that cash back policy was opened *****ulently by Blessed Mabasa who was selling Wills and not policies,a will I did not sign.
