Capital Legacy is a ****!
Capital Legacy is a ****! Years ago they prepared a will for a client and sold him a legacy policy, which he paid for many years. They nominated themselves as the executors on the will. Capital Legacy assured him and his family that upon his passing they would take care of the winding up of the estate and all that comes with it.
When he passed away recently Capital Legacy removed themselves as executors because his estate was not worth as much as they had hoped for, so their executor fee would be lower. Now the family is stuck with no-one to tie up their loved-one's estate.
Capital Legacy have also kept all the premiums they received.
