Capital Legacy *********** & eye watering policy price increases

Capital legacy just decided to increase my funeral policy premium with 22%. As per them they increased the value of the policy that pays out. I do not need R170 000 when I die. I funeral is not more than R50 000. There is no way to lower the value so I was forced to cancel. The also have not given me an answer that I asked in November 2023. They are not competent to answer the question and have not bothered to find out. Don't use them they only ***** your money and give nothing in return. PS my will has not been signed in 7 years so they would not be able to do anything in any case (will is incorrect and the not able to advise how to fix my business interests).
