Capital Legacy : Excellent Service !!!

I stand in awe for the exceptional customer service that I have experienced as a client of the Capital Legacy organization. From my first interaction with the Call Centre (Vusimusi Gumede), to the Review Department (Bianca Vermaak), to the consultant from the Wills Department (Brett Charles), I was astounded by their VERY HIGH standard of delivering exceptional customer service from their respective departments, and in such a short period of time. I had an urgent requirement for information and an action to adjust the Wills for both my wife and I. What I expected to take more than a week at least ... was successfully accomplished by this team in just a matter of a few hours. Their professionalism, Product knowledge and commitment to the success of my objectives, with regular updates and feedback was such a positive and pleasant experience. But It does not end here. Furthermore, as facilitated with Bianca, Brett made an appointment to meet with me personally and through rain and storms completed the task at hand. He also worked late to update the documents and sent them to both my wife and I that same evening, to finalize with our signatures. Thank you Brett. What a star of a team. I received a call the very next morning from the Capital Legacy courier services, to collect these important documents. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Capital Legacy on the quality of their staff, as it attests and reflects to the values of the organization.
