Capital Legacy

I am very disappointed in Capital Legacy, I specifically instructed them to cancel my policy beginning June 2020. I received an email stating that they will give me a "premium holiday" however i never got one they still deducted , however I instructed them again that I want to cancel, sending my cancellation letter but received no response. After numerous follow ups no results, after numerous phone calls they don't answer no results very poor service. If i could give 0 stars i would.
