Capital Legacy does not care about you
I wish I knew where Capital Legacy got all the good reviews.
From the start they have **** to us and it seems like they are trying to bankrupt the estate through indifference.
They said they will get the executor letter in six weeks. Took them six months.
Since getting the letter, there has been two buyers for a property. It took them almost four months to give one a offer to purchase and the other withdrew his offer due to them delaying for no clear reason.
It was communicated to them that the property should be sold with haste and we were ignored. We were told we cannot rent the property nor put security in the property due to risk of squatters.
Now the property is a fraction of its value. Capital Legacy doesn't care.
All they do is say "our condolences" but they do nothing.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, please accept our apologies for any frustration caused, we will certainly look into this and provide you with feedback.
We will be in contact with you.
Have a lovely day!

Tristyn Coetzee contacted me and said she would investigate while someone else was supposed to contact us to address the shortcomings of Capital Legacy. No one new has contacted us aside from the estate practitioner and her manager trying to take all the blame off themselves and Capital Legacy and place it on us. In the meantime, Tristyn has gone quiet and the estate practisoner's manager has communicated that the loss will not be remedied and that the estate or the inheritors must absorb the massive losses.
Is this an acceptable response to Capital Legacy's slow and carelessness causing a massive loss to the estate on top of the costs to the inheritors?
Regards
