Capital Legacy do not care for their clients

Capital Legacy is not there to assist their client. I submitted all the document for my mother in laws on 13/12/2024 at Dylan Eason the consultant. He said that that the process will only start on 06/01/2025 which is understandable. He contacted me at the end of January 2026 to inform me that my father in laws will was registered in the Masters office and he said the it will take 2 to 3 week then my mother in laws will be registered, By the end of April 2025 I heard nothing from him and I went to an attorney to take over the estate. I send a mail to him and requested that all he must all the documents together for to transfer the estate. He called me and promised me that he will see to it that the Executors Letter will be registered within 2 weeks. The two weeks went past and no sign of his of the registration. I send him a mail on 02/067/2025 which he responded on and he said that all the documents are with the Masters Office. Today on 26/06/2026. To my surprise I get a call from Sanlam Trust to make an appointment to take in the estate, which means that I was **** to and the estate is not registered on any system. it have been more than 6 month since all the document was submitted and nothing have happened. There is a property involved that we sold and we need the Executor of the estate to sign the Offer to Purchase and it is starting cost me money as we need to pay for same of the maintaince on the property. It is clear that the intension of Capital Legacy is to bleed as much out of there client as possible.

Reviewer Update
Promises with no value
Capital Legacy is the executor of my father in laws estate. His vehicle still have the old registration document and if you want to sell it you need a new registration document. I have requested that they obtain a new registration document two months ago. When I requested update, I am told that they cannot get hold of there service supplier but they will now refer it to another supplier. This is not acceptable. Please if you considering using Capital Legacy think again.
