Capital legacy discragefull

Poor absolutely discragefull service. My mother's late estate is being done through them they have not helped with any of the funds that I had queried. They gave me an amount that I had to pay of R98000 and I decided to sell my mother's vehicle for R140000. I asked them what is going to happen with the rest and I was advised that I could only get it when the estate is finalized. Their reason for this is that now after they received funds is that the taxes could be more than what was given to me. If I would have taken a loan for R98000 and paid directly to them what was their excuse going to be? Me and my husband have joined them but with this poor service we are moving our estate for our childrens sake.
