Capital Legacy

My mom pass away and she have had her will with Capital Legacy. After we report her death a Capital Legacy have send a Estate Consultant to come and see us in connection with her last will and testament and to start the procedures. We have a meeting with him in person on the 19th September 2023 and handed him all the documents that was required and also 3 valuations from different house agents for the property and asked him to work on the valuations not on the municipal valuation because it was way out of range for the value of property in the area and the state of the house. We received the draft liquidation and distribution account and they have not work according to our request and work on the municipal valuation. I have phone the lady that was working with the late estate and asked her why haven't they work according to our request and why haven't just contact us and tell us there was a problem and they will work on the value of municipality, that lady told me she haven't received the documents and do not have any knowledge about it. I have send a email to the persons working on this late estate and they haven't respond to mail and just send a message that they have send it to the master for his approval. This is the first time that I heard that the persons working with estate just carry on and do what they think is the best for them.
