Capital Legacy Bad Service

I'm very unhappy with Capital Legacy. After 5months my grandfather has passed away they just have been no help with the will at all. Whenever I ask for documents they would just refuse. Now everything ended up at the master's office and I have been struggling the whole time just to get letter of authority because now they are querying the will because of witnesses that signed with my grandfather while he had severe dementia and one of the brokers called Gert Haywood signed as witness with another witness and they never phone me back to get this will authorized at the masters for me to receive letter of authority so that I can proceed with my grandfather's things. I think Capital Legacy is one of the worst companies ever to get a will by.
