Capital Legacy and Andre Van De Walt - *****s

This is now the second time I am writing about Capital Legacy. To me Capital Legacy and there staff are a bunch off incompetence, who doesn't understand the term customer service and don't even understand what they sell to customers. I am just so sick of ANDRE VAN DE WALT and CAPITAL LEGACY. so I was with sanlam I had a perfect life cover policy where I was completely covered with them I have add no issues and av been paying policy with them for 7 years without any defaults. Then I have ANDRE That Useless idiot come to my office and tells me he can offer me a policy cheaper than what I currently have and can also give me more towards this cover for less. Any human once more in life and also wants to save. So ANDRE Tells me that Capital legacy will do everything and I don't have to worry about anything all I have to do except there policy and they will do the change over without any waiting period. Little did I know I have been paying Capital Legacy around R585 per month this went on for almost 5 months after me picking that I was not covered fully in this policy after the first month and half I told Andre this calls for concern, he kept saying he will sort it out and did absolutely nothing. Months later I get told that I now have a 12 month waiting period on this policy after me paying them for so many months. In October Andre took it upon himself to go cancel that," Amazing cover he **** to me about" and makes them now debit me for a policy which is not even a Life cover. In January I contacted Capital Legacy offices and explained them again and till today I am still waiting for a call from THEM. SO I don't want to have anything to do with Capital legacy or THAT USELESS PIECE OF **** ANDRE VAN DE WALT. if you here he's name know this man is gojng to rip you and ur family off and will end up giving you more stress. Now today after me having a perfect life cover with sanlam. I GOT NO POLICY OR COVER. Thanks to they piece **** ANDRE AND CAPITAL LEGACY. For all the trouble have caused me I request every cent that they have deducted for there commissions only get refunded back to me ASAP so I can now back date my sanlam policy and Continue with my cover with them. However I have to back date all my premiums to get covered again and I don't have that money, SO ANDRE AND CAPITAL LEGACY HERE ME LOUD AND CLEAR I AM GOING TO GO TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM with this and to let the entire country know, wat misery and stress yourl have caused and still causing me, if I don't get refunded. Everything that you guys gave taken from. Please I want answer's to when I will be paid back. Cause at the moment I don't have any cover and will loose all my premiums I have paid from 2014 with Sanlam, thanks to you bunch off *****s. CAPITAL LEGACY AND ANDRE VAN DE WALT.
