I would like to thank Elaine Erasmus for helping me further, as Justin Grobler was out of the office at the time. She was very professional, kind and patient with my questions. She walked me every step of the way, sent emails, up-loaded documents, and arranged the couriers to collect my will. I appreciated her efficiency and friendliness. She made the entire process easy!
