Capital legacy

Hellopeter, I received very bad service from capital legacy. My late mother and father draw up a Will with Capital legacy. I have managed to pay the monthly installments, but because I have recently lost my job I am unable to make any monthly payments. My mother recently passed away and I have contacted Capital legacy to assist. I know because my parents policy lapsed I therefore need to pay all legal fess etc. I only find out if your property value is below 1.2million they cannot assist. They referred me to another lawyer who is dealing with them to take my case. She phned and almost immediately when I said I don't have 100k cash for the legal fees they also refuse to help. Capital legacy also state that their Will is not valid if you dealing with another firm all together. This was not mentioned when the consultant visited our home. We basically on our own, just because we skipped a few monthly payments. Very bad service,
