Capital legace are very fast when they want to sell their plans to you but when it comes to cancella policy due to unforeseen financial circumstances they delay and then take money from your account blaming it on their agent Saahir being on leave and not putting through the cancellation in time. Refund is a long process. Its now been 3 weeks since the official cancellation from Capital legacy and no refund has been made. Original cancellation was on 16 January. When asked why tefund will take long i was told there nothing they can do it is what it is. Capital legacy has unfortunately lost a client and brought their own name and Sanlam into disrepute…. Bad service🤔
