Can’t complain about the service- there isn’t any!

I have had a policy with Capital Legacy for many years. Over the past few months I have been trying to update my will. They initially responded to my email and now deny having received mail from me. If I cancel this policy I will lose all the premiums that I have paid over all these years. Very poor service
