Cancellation of will policy

I hope this finds you well, I am here to express my dissatisfaction and unhappiness towards service I received from your brokers, I took a WILL last year and after taking it, I made communication closer to the end of year (2025) with member that made me take the WILL policy that I would like to make changes to my will, with relentless efforts to try and get member to come and assist me he showed no interest. Earlier this year in January I communicated with member regarding same issue and he told me he is busy. I communicated with him end February with my desire to cancel the WILL policy and he just sent me two emails in which I must forward my request for cancellation, I have tried sending emails to cancel this policy to no satisfaction they are just sending me back to the member that showed uninterest in assisting that he must help me. I am very frustrated in this matter, I don’t care about money that has been deducted so far I just want policy cancelled that’s all I’m asking and removed from my salary advice.
