Cancellation of will feedback

First thing that I need you to know is that I was introduced to Capital Legacy by another company who I had a life cover with, when I cancelled my life cover I contacted Capital legacy to do likewise with the will as I will no longer be in need of it as I have no estate nor life cover to be executed in case anything happens to me, Capital Legacy clearly want to execute my body because nothing will be executed but a noble thing is to cancel the will as requested but I have been waiting for weeks now for a feedback that they promised to give.
