Cancellation and pay back my money capital legacy pn

This is so frustrating I just find out capital legacy company is deducting money from my salary via my persal..I do phone calls with no luck I end up in their offices in Sandton,, meeting lungile the lady representing them promised to take matter further to their broker empowerfin which I don't unkwoledge them aswell.. after a day or two same lady called me and told me I will not get any payback reason was not clear all I can say was is my first complaint which I don't understand how many times should i complain in order to be paid back...and remember the information they have about me was ****d including my signature except my names,id number and persal
