Cancelation

A Quill Consulting agent sold me a Capital Legacy product but I had a change of mind soon after and I contacted the Consulting agent to cancel which she didn't. I even noticed the amount that was being deducted is not what I had agreed to. I did communicate with Capital Legacy several times via emails but the only thing I get is a promise that they will call me. It feels as if they're unwilling. I received their phone call sometimes but they cut as soon as I receive the line of which they send an email claiming that they're unable to reach me. And soon they will be deducting for a third time while I am still waiting for them to cancel.
