Bunch of ********

We had 2 guys come to our house to asses our will, they drew up some documents and asked us to sign stating it's just us giving them permission to draw up a will for us, before receiving the will the first debit order(which I was not aware of, because I have not agreed to anything yet) goes off my account. I have canceled since. By that time more than R1000 has gone off my account. They are refusing to refund any money that went off before I sent in the cancelation request. They first said all money will be refunded (this was 6 January), now when I called they just say nothing will be paid back. Absolutely pathetic.
