AWFUL
DISGUSTING! Capital Legacy can "SELL an amazing service/product"...but when it comes time to actually DO the work, they are AWFUL!!! My father passed away in Aug 2021 and to date (27 months later!!!) they have still not finalized his estate. The heirs have been left to beg for service, for answers and/or explanations to estate matters. They sell themselves as a 1-stop solution for estate management, but they leave the heirs to do all the work. The whole process has been 1 step forward, 3 steps back - the CL shuffle! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH!!!
