This company are a bunch of money hungry sharks!!!! All I wanted was a last will and testament to be draw up sp that of something happened to me my assets would be split between my children and my estate wouldn't be in limbo for years!!! I saw an agent (broker) on the 24 August. I can't even remember his name. After he had taken all my information to draft the will he then tried to sell me some cover I had to pay a monthly installment. I told him I don't want that I just want a will. They advertise "free will" but it's not free. It comes with a monthly installment of R400. And I get what that R400 covers but that's not what I wanted. The broken ensured me that I would have a will by the end of the business day, latest Monday ( 28 august) I have yet to receive anything!!!! I eventually went through my bank ans it took exactly 10 mins!!!! What's a sad excuse for a company! I wouldn't trust them EVER!!!
