A no-go company which don’t deliver any service.

Poor service. I wanted to cancel my policy a while ago and unfortunately allowed the manager to convince me to stay on. I was unable to do a combined will and testament between me and my wife. I am still waiting on my wife's testament after about a year. After a follow up about 6 months ago I was promised that it will be delivered soon thereafter, but stil nothing. If this is the way they react while I am still alive, how will they respond the day I put my head to rest. No thanks..
