8 months and still no outcome on our claim
It's been eight months since we submitted my husband's claim.....and till now Capital Legacy has failed to finalize it. In the meantime our Capital Legacy Broker has resigned. Communication is poor, whether by email or Whatsapps the story is always....."waiting for doctor reports". What is going to happen when one of us passes on? They cant even settle a claim how are they going to handle a deceased estate?
