Last year a lady came to our office (government) to present about this company. She said we should fill out our information in case we wanted a policy. I filled it in a gave her my persal number and ID. She then *****ulently took out the policy after I told her I don't want it. They deducted the first month without my consent from my payslip. I then signed a cancellation form, but to my surprise they kept on deducting for 5 months. I put a stop to it via my HR so they could not deduct anymore. Early this year I received an email apologising for the mistake and promising I would receive my refund which would be in my account within 10 working day. It is 2 months later as I wait. I have worked in the insurance industry and have taken up policies with big companies such as OUtsurance,Discovery and Mommentum but I have never witnessed such incompetence. Capital legacy I WANT MY MONEY back that you *****ulently deducted from me for months!!!
