UNHAPPY TENANT

This organisation as the worst service!!! I have never experienced such unkindness from a person from the time I was still an applicant till now when I'm already a tenant.Firstly, when I app**** my application was accepted and was sent a message via email and whatsapp that I should go for viewing,when arrived at the place the maintenance supervisor told me he wa unaware of such and that there were no units. I went back to the office and the Letting officer said" you were sent message to go have an idea of how the area you want to reside in looks like,it does not mean there are units!"I asked her than what should I do because in my understanding the message clearly said there are units are should go for viewing.She advised me to take a single unit for the time being until the 2 bedroom units are available which I had app**** for.The whole of last year 2022 I have been constantly trying to reach out to her,there were times where she would tell me to come to the office only for her to explain to me that there are no available units,where's I'm using my money and time to travel to the office. It as been such a drag,and obviously she is not willing to help me b3cause I always see people vacating and moving out of the flats every month! Before the year ended she promised to send the maintenance supervisor to do a preliminary inspection,even that also I had to intervene because nothing was happening until I had to physically approach the supervisor and he said he was unaware.He conducted the inspection,after that it was dead quite until again I had to call the Letting Lady to ask about the way forward.Her response said am waiting for the lady from the Finance Department".I gave a time again thinking she will eventually be willing to help and give me the benefit if the doubt.However,it was dead quiet again until I decided this year to contact her again after seeing new people occupying the area.Again,she was like" I STILL HAVE NOTHING AVAILABLE!".I really wish to know what a person should do in order to get help in this organisation/who should I speak to because the Letting Lady I always encounter with clearly see not like me and is not willing to help.
