Poor service delivery

I am so flippen sick and tired of CCH. Their service sucks big time. Week in week out we complain but they do not fix to our satisfaction. A big tree fell by our block in Acacia Park three weeks back and it's still not moved and kids clime on top of ot which is very risky.

I reported that i am having a problem with my geyser and having a serious leak on my outside metre box pipes and loosing alot of water which they won't even replace. Their maintenance team said i should leave my keys with securities today before going to work which i did but they did not come and i lost a lot of water so far. I am so drained and ****ed at them. I have never seen such a poor service in my life.
