Poor service and unprofessional

I will never recommend this place to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and poor service they giving to tenants, is on another level. My friend and I decided to move out of this toxic place, and they told us we have to wait for 21 days for our deposit money which we did. It has been more than 21 days and I am still waiting for my refund and when I email to them, they just ignore my emails. They only rep**** yesterday in the afternoon telling me they still following up on my file and they will only be able to get back to me on Wednesday, imagine the kinder nonsense is this, even after moving out. What's the wait for cos they did their inspection twice at my place and we concluded how much they going to deduct from my deposit? If they had anything to check, they were supposed to do it during the 21 days they promised but as usual this is what they always do to their tenants. Now I have to follow them up with my own money. I am so ****ed I do not want to lie yeses!!
