NO Deposit Refund as promised!!!!

<p>Having moved out of one of the apartments rented out by Capital Ciy Housing on 30 May 2017, the lease agreement clearly states that a refund of the deposit and interest will be returned to my account after 21 days. It's been well over the stated timeframe and there is no sign of my deposit being returned. I've been calling the refund department for over 2 weeks now. Each time I am pormised that the money will be deposited the following day. Today is the beginning of week 3 after my deposit was supposed to be returned, but still nothing! All I get are apologies and empty promises, but no refund. I'm beginning to think this is all just a **** and I may never get my money bac****!! :( For an organisation that provides low costs housing to the needy, this is an unfair and unacceptable manner to deal with needy tenants who have been paying their rent on time, honoured their lease and left the apartment spotless. I regret living in those apartments!!!</p>
