Terrible service at the Grotto Spa in Cape Town, 15 on Orange.

I booked a massage appointment at the grotto spa, 15 on orange street Cape Town and i was not catered for even though i booked on time and paid for the service beforehand. I booked the appointment two weeks prior to the day and I sent the spa my booking confirmation. The day before my appointment i called the place to check if everything was still okay and if they could see my booking confirmation. The lady i was on a call with was not welcoming and she was telling me that she couldn't see my name on the list, she claimed to have had told me this before. I told her that she was mistaken as this was the first time i was calling her, she continued to shout at me telling me that she already moved my appointment to a different time. After I told her for the third time that she was mistaken, she took my name and phone number and told me that she was going to call me back, after an hour of waiting for a call from her, I finally decided to call again, and she had forgotten to get back to me. She confirmed that my booking was visible only after i called her. The day of the appointment, I had to wait for 30 minutes into the time I initially booked for in order to receive the service. Even then i had to ask them again where the massage the****** was and only then did they call her to take me in. This is extremely disappointing for a Wellness Centre, I shouldn't have to beg for a service that I paid for. I was not catered for even though i made the right arrangements in advance. What's sad is that i went there to celebrate my birthday and this is what i came out with.
