POOR SERVICE IN A PRIVATE FACILITY

For a private facility there is not much difference to a public facility besides the cost and the cleanliness. I was shocked at the treatment my one friend incurred at this hospital as well as the cost and the attitude of the night matron.

Upon visiting the patient she was in a lot of pain past op. She had asked for medication and had waited for about 3 hours for her meds. We arrived there at 7PM visiting hours I question the staff for a pillow she was given a pillow. I asked where the meds where they advised they were doing rounds with the doctors with no one to assist the patient.

When confronting the night matron with the bad service her defense was they short staffed in the hospital and they running on skeleton staff. That management was made aware of shortage in many meetings and nothing is being done about it.

Don't get me wrong the facility is clean its new, its short staffed, none of the hand sanitizes worked that were motion detected and guess what! no TV for the patients. Highly priced facility with no real benefits but a bunch of excuses.

Please consult with your doctor on using a alternative facility before making use of this one you will highly regret it.
