Basic

A 27 year old gentleman from Heideveld , who is an ex soccer player for Chippa UTD (Not sure what his name is) conducted a interview with me. The individual displayed very bad qualities for someone in a leadership position which has entirely changed my perspective of the company and I would not recommend employment or the service they offer to anyone. The individual continously referred to me as "Brah" and used terms such as "***" & "****". Once I posed reality based questions I was answered with sarcastic remarks. Diversity was not accepted as I stated that some things does not work for the next. I enquired regarding a basic salary the gentleman stated "Basic salarie's are for basic people" and started making assumptions and statements which directly points to the choices ive made which I feel is highly unprofessional for an individual from a supposed to be "A place for opportunities". The gentleman then persisted to state that I show no interest and that if I dont want to be here I can leave, this was said when I requested the guy to hold my belongings as I needed to use the gents room.

This was a horrible experience which has caused the business to lose valuable networks for the business. Perhaps if I had someone else to conduct the interview the outcome would be different
