paid the admin fee after receiving letter of approval of loan

I paid the admin fee of R770 after I received the letter of approval of loan and was promised that the funds would be in my account by 24 hours. This was 7 Sept, up to date nothing. Keep on phoning ********** and ********** 611 which is the numbers they provided but no response.

I would like my admin fee back.
