I'm under debt review since 2015, and according to the court order issued, and accepted by Sanlam/Direct Axis, my account was paid on time every month. So much so that I'm now paid up in advance, with reference to the original court order, and I was never late with payments or defaulted on any payments. Upon my debt counsellors request for a statement dd 16 July 2019, to Mr. Bulelwa Cembi of Capital Data, we only received a transaction print-out showing the monthly payments made but no balances. A second request for a statement was made on 30 July 2019, in which the fact that the account is now in credit (by over R10000.00 with reference to the court order issued) was pointed out. No Response from Mr. Cembi, A third request was made on 16 August to both Mr. Cembi and a Peter M, of which we are yet to receive a response. In the meantime I'm still under obligation to pay my full debt review installment every month, untill this is resolved and I can prove that the last one (Capital Data) of my accounts is paid up. My clearance certificate can not be issued before we receive a statement from Capital Data to prove this.
