ZERO customer service.

My Standard Bank credit card was handed over to MBD for debit collection even though I was under Debt Review. I made an agreement to pay of my outstanding amount and was paying by debit order. Suddenly the debit order was stopped and when I contacted MBD they told me my account had been handed over to Capital Data. I have been trying to call Capital Data for 2 months now and my calls go unanswered. I'm now receiving messages from Capital Data threatening me with legal action. I have NEVER received a single phone call from Capital Data. And all my attempts to contact Capital Data go unanswered.
