very poor service

I had an account with home choice which I could not pay and they sold the account to capital data, this company is a nightmare. They will sms or call you three times a day 5 days before the payment agreement date, even if you can pay before the agreement date they will still annoy you without checking their system. The worst part is that they do not update on the credit bureau and when you try to get hold of them they are nowhere to be found.
