Useless MBD

I still have unresolved case with this company. Just after I wrote my review few weeks ago MBD called wanted to know what is the matter, as if they don't know. I then explained to them afresh, they requested proof that this account was indeed settled, I gave them together with the reference number from Jet stating that this has been resolved. Friday last week I get a call from them with excitement that the matter is indeed resolved, it was the opposite, MBD is telling me to verify my date of birth and after I did they ask me when am I going to make payment to my account. I am soo annoyed by this company and it's client Jet, they have a very pathetic service, I wonder why are they not firing those people who have phones and laptops in front of them.

Just this day I recalled that they are having a WhatsApp number service on ***, I sent them a message before 9 but up to now they haven't responded to me yet the message is through.

How Many times must I tell this useless company that I finished paying Jet Store, I have proof, I sent them proof over and over to their different email addresses, AND THAT I HAVE NEVER QUIT DEBT REVIEW SINCE I LAST SETTLED JET. IT WAS THEIR ERROR TO SAY I OWE ANY AMOUNT.
