My EX HUSBAND - that has nothing to do with me is being hounded by Capital Data. He has NOTHING to do with my account. This is pathetic.

1) Because I have been paying hte account every month through DebtBusters 2) Because they are sharing my personal financial situation with another party 3) Because they are threatening HIM that they will BLACK LIST him

This is unacceptable!!!!!! I have always been paying. WHat is your deal????
