Update my STD bank credit as paid up on ITC

They don't wanna update my STD bank credit card as paid on ITC I have settled the account with them on a 45% discount, yet they fail to update my account as paid up on ITC, this is delaying me as I'm unable to access new credit lines due to this issue.
