The nightmare that is Capital data

What can I say about this company they are a persons nightmare. I am regretting the day I had dealings with Home choice who sold my account to them, I paid my account in full but they are still listing me in the credit bureau as still owing them and to top it all of I overpaid and they were supposed to refund me my money back but they are playing hide and seek with me since last year they have been promising to refund me I am still waiting a lady by the name of Candice has been making empty promises regarding a refund does it take more than seven months to refund a person this is ridiculous
