RUDE!!

I have never spoken to anybody as rude this consultant i have spoken to. The first one just hanged up on me. the second one who claimed to be a manager(designator), didn't want to assist me until i give her an ID number. well i refused because i honestly don't have an account with you guys and I owe nobody. I finally gave her my ID number and now she cant find anything and cannot assist me, however I am getting SMSs every week from you guys and it is annoying. I want my number taken out because I don't owe or the FINCHOICE
