Pathetic

I have been trying to login to the client portal for over a month to no avail, trying to get an actual human on the phone or on WhatsApp is next to impossible. I want to pay my accounts but I am unable to do so. When I get a call from them it gets disconnected immediately after I answer. This company is pathetic
