Pathetic customer service , no person can assist or provide feedback. Put customer in the Red.

I am a debt review client under debt busters and have been trying resolve a balance query since January 2022.

The term of my payment has been completed , my payment is over however I am still paying through debt busters and the balance from Dec 21 has increased ever since rather than decreased.

No person is able to assist me , I have made several calls, sent mails etc.

In April or early June i had the balance updated and the next month it escalated to another level.

Really not happy with the service , professionalism and customer care. I haven't even received feedback or acknowledge to confirm when this will be resolved as I am paying more than my term and I dont even know
