No Vodacom Account Statement
I paid up my debt review in December and later my debt counselor advised me that I still owe R4000 for Vodacom account that was handed over to MBD Capital Data and MBD said I owe R7000. I requested my full statement so to understand the amount owed and budget accordingly and even today I haven't received my statement. And I've highlighted it is one of my right to have access to my statement and also how the Portfolio Debt Manager Manager is handling my account but doesn't have my statement. I am so disappointed about the service received.
