NO service at all

Between Capital Data and MBD I am so disgusted, nobody will call you, nobody will help you, after calling me 3 times a day for 2 year I finally settled my account, now the only thing that I need is my paid up letter, now they DONT CARE, they got what they wanted and now nothing, not a word, calls are dropped in your ear, no complaints department, no senior staff, absolutely nobody on the rude agents that the minute you explain you don't owe money they just drop the call. They are like robots what is your date of birth, ohh no money is owed this is not my job just drop the call.
